Cancellation Policy

To avoid cancellation fees, patients are kindly requested to provide at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.

Arriving late may reduce the available treatment time so that the clinic can maintain the scheduled appointments of other patients.

Patients may receive appointment confirmation or reminder messages before their scheduled appointment.

Vita Unika Physiotherapy respects patient privacy and handles personal health information in accordance with applicable Ontario privacy requirements.

Treatment plans are individualized based on each patient's assessment, condition and goals. Results may vary from person to person.
